I'm a huge foodie.
For today's lunch, I used whole-wheat pita bread to make chicken&eggplant pizza.
I ADORE eggplant oh so much.
For dinner, I fulfilled my siblings' request and made sushi for them. Didn't have fancy ingredients but used whatever we had at home (cucumbers, imitation crab meat, avocado, spicy shrimp made from mayo and Sriracha, and dried pork)
. . .and DONE!
